NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. (AP) – David Faustino, the actor who played Bud Bundy on the TV series “Married with Children,” was arrested on marijuana and disorderly intoxication charges.Police allegedly spotted Faustino, 33, and his wife Andrea, 31, at an intersection late Friday night. Faustino reportedly tried to climb out the car window, then opened the door.
The actor then allegedly tried to walk away when police confronted the couple. The officer smelled alcohol on Faustino’s breath and found a plastic bag with a gram of marijuana in his pocket, police said.
Faustino was booked into Volusia County jail and released Saturday. No attorney was listed in Volusia County court records.
Faustino filed for divorce in February from his wife in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.
“Married With Children” ran on the Fox network from 1987 to 1997.

WICHITA FALLS –
A 37 year old woman was indicted Monday on charges that she sold her teenage daughter for $3000. Tina Valdez is accused of selling the 15 year old girl to a man last August. At first, Valdez told authorities in Archer County that her daughter had run away. She even gave police a note that she said her 15 year old daughter had written about going to look for her father.
But investigators say Valdez admitted last month that she sold the girl to 35 year old Jason Carlile who took her to Mexico. Carlile was already facing charges of indecency with a child and possession of child pornography. He was also indicted Monday.
Valdez and Carlile are being held on $150,000 bond each. The girl is back in Texas and has been placed in foster care.

California Man Cuts Off Mom’s Head With Saw, Dies Trying to Cut Off His Own

LA HABRA, Calif. — An Orange County man cut off his mother’s head with a circular saw and then died after trying to decapitate himself, authorities said.
Police answered a 911 report of a family dispute at a Pinehurst Avenue home just after 5:30 a.m. Tuesday, entered a locked bedroom and found the body of 60-year-old Guadalupe Ruiz on a bed, police spokeswoman Cindy Knapp said.
Arthur Ruiz Jr., 32, was on another bed with the saw nearby. He had died of neck injuries, police said.
